Position Description:

Responsible for primary relationship between employers and brokers for set products sold. Responsible for the management and growth of the relationship and the overall servicing of accounts assigned. This person will be responsible for report generation, service level management, presenting value of services sold to existing groups and participating in presentations to new groups as needed.


The individual should be a self starter who has a high level of organization and an ability to collaborate with multiple individuals at every level of an organization.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a similar role.
  


• 
  
  5+ years experience in COBRA, FSA, HRA, HSA, or Health care client management.
  


• 
  
  Travel 25 percent of the time.
  


• 
  
  3+ years experience in account management with face/face client interaction.
