* Assisting the Store Manager with the development of programs within the store to increase sales, productivity and efficiency.
* Assist with conducting training programs for hourly associates.
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
* Encouraging a great TEAM environment in the stores.
* Additional duties as assigned by Store Manager.
Required Experience
* 1 year of retail experience in a leader role.
* Multi-tasked and detail oriented.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
* Knowledge of grocery store operations a plus but not required.
* Self motivated and ability to work in a team environment.
