Jobing Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct contact for complex accounts.
Builds relationships with clients and serves as the primary point of contact for overall day-to-day service delivery.
Leads Managed Transplant Program (MTP) monthly service meetings
Assists in MTP website management
Conducts MTP new client implementations
Establishes effective relationships with assigned clients in order to gain understanding of their business objectives, drivers, and needs.
Engages and coordinates resources to address and resolve client concerns.
Act as client advocates in communicating client needs and leading internal meetings focused on client solutions across OptumHealth departments.
Act as the liaison between key client contacts and OptumHealth business leaders.
Coordinates and assists MTP clinical operations in managing client issues.

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel (20-30% required)
Assets:
- BA/BS or advanced degree
- Prior Healthcare Account Management experience
- Health Insurance License
