The position plays a critical role in expanding 4INFO's growing mobile ad network as well as providing support to securing new partners and clients. As a member of the Business development team, you will work closely with the Executive, Ad Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering teams. In this critical role, the BD Manager is responsible for achieving network growth targets through identifying and closing mobile publisher deals.

It is a position that requires strong business, technical, and analytical skills. You must develop an in-depth understanding of 4INFO's mobile advertising offerings and how they can help publishers achieve their monetization objectives. The ideal candidate has business development experience in mobile or at an online ad network. They have a rolodex filled with top media, online and mobile app publishers and understand the workings of a media network.

Position Responsibilities

* Establish relationships with leading mobile publishers and application developers.
* Analyze and identify partner opportunities, focusing on top-tier, branded mobile publishers and application developers.
* Secure premium inventory on publisher sites and apps for the 4INFO ad sales team to sell to national brand advertisers.
* Negotiate and close revenue share deals.
* Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new partnership opportunities, aligned with partner, advertiser and company objectives.
* Manage publisher relationships to quarterly revenue and monetization targets.
* Travel as needed to meet with prospects and clients and attend trade shows.

Requirements

* 3-5 years online or mobile advertising experience
* Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile advertising landscape
* Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
* Strong rolodex of mobile media decision makers and executives a huge plus
* Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent self-management skills
* Team player with entrepreneurial attitude
* Strong work ethic and personal integrity
* Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
* BA/BS degree

Metrics of Success

* Meeting/hitting individual quarterly targets for publisher acquisition and inventory growth
* Developing and growing publisher relationships to secure preferred status and placement for 4INFO advertising campaigns
* Identifying and closing up sell opportunities including the acquisition of additional properties
