Marketing Acquisition Capabilities

Manages the development of new and existing digital capabilitiesin support of customer acquisitions for Chase Card Services. Responsibilitiesbegin with understanding the strategy, goals, and business requirements of thebusiness teams and extends through the successful implementation and ongoingenhancement of features and underlying capabilities. The ideal candidate mustbe able to effectively influence and manage the work of both internal and externalteams and should have considerable experience delivering digital solutions forboth web and mobile platforms.

The person in this role will have frequent interaction with seniormanagement and strategic business partners and must be effective in workingwith employees at all levels. He/she will be the key point of contact on allquestions/issues related to the solutions/products he/she has responsibilityfor and will work to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a timely fashion.Candidates must have the abilityto understand and assess technical challenges and issues, quickly translatethem into logical conclusions and recommendations, and present them clearly tobusiness decision makers.

Lead digital capabilities

  • Responsible for creating the roadmap of capabilities and innovation to support card acquisitions growth. This includes partnering with cross line-of-business marketing teams and analytics to drive prioritization of key capabilities
  • Overall accountability for execution of online/digital marketing capabilities in support of our growth, innovation and customer experience objectives for proprietary and co-branded products within Card Services
  • Responsible for the development of creative, partner capabilities and end-to-end execution of acquisition technology initiatives across all digital and online channels
  • Collaborate and partner with all internal and external stakeholders to deliver against the defined roadmap and marketing plans
  • Responsible for supporting the ongoing expansion and effectiveness of ad serving capabilities on and off properties

Otherkey responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Work across the organization to serve targeted messaging, including internal ad serving, dynamic landing pages, and other dynamically served content.
  • Work closely with a variety of digital vendors including managing existing relationships and budgets along with evaluation of new vendor opportunities in the digital space
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends to bring online innovation and thought leadership to the organization

    • 10+ years digital marketing/product development experience with a focus on acquisition/conversion centric marketing campaigns in digital/online channels
    • Experience working in/with an agile development team
    • Fundamental web development and technical acumen with sub-channel experience including ad serving, SEO/SEM, Affiliates, Partnership Marketing, Social Media, Mobile, Email and other emerging media channels.
    • Credit Card industry experience preferred
    • Excellent executive level communication skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to influence and interact effectively at all levels of management both internally and externally with our partners and vendors.
    • Extensive background developing and executing creative tests.
    • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams is required.

    • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office products (word, excel, project, power point, visio, access).
