Responsibilities would include: Inventory management, client reporting, client support for customer and provider issues. Also management of staff to include hiring, firing and interviewing. Supporting business objects by engaging in projects.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years prior Team Lead in the healthcare industry required


• Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel experience required


• High School diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred


• Project management skills is a plus


• Call Center background preferred


• Medical or Claims history preferred


• HR Policies and procedures knowledge is a plus


• Supervisory experience preferred
