Manages referral development program for specialty behavioral health hospital and outpatient practice in Tampa Bay Region. Increases referrals to targeted services from prospective and current physician, hospital and community sources. Maintains and analyzes referral- tracking data system and reports. Responds to admissions inquiries and offers concierge admission services. Bachelor‚s degree in psychology or related field with three years of experience. Requires a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet marketing metrics. Hours vary with some flexibility, may require some evening and weekend work. Must have a clean driving record and a valid Florida driver‚s license, as position requires driving to referral sources.
