Job Summary: | |||||||||||
This individual willlead multi-disciplinary project teams in new product development programs withintegration of advanced technology across company functional teams and ongoingproduction programs with integration of integrated supply chain and otherfunctional groups. | |||||||||||

Job Qualifications (Education/Skills/Experience): | |||||||||||
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical and/or Aerospace Engineering preferred or Chemical Engineering or Physics with applicable experience. Other Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and three (3) years of related experience, or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook, and Visio. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives of assignments General knowledge of other related disciplines Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Ability to write simple, but accurate correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the NEIH organization Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and contractual instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract and concrete concepts Must be skilled in the use of standard MS Office products, including MS Project. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations Act as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications Prime spokesperson on company’s business\technical capabilities and future directions; instrumental in attracting and obtaining major new company business **Note**: Due to US Export Control laws and regulations; applicants selected for employment must show proof of a U.S. Person status before employment may begin. | |||||||||||
