Required Skills

* Assisting the Store Manager with the development of programs within the store to increase sales, productivity and efficiency.
* Assist with conducting training programs for hourly associates.
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
* Encouraging a great TEAM environment in the stores.
* Additional duties as assigned by Store Manager.
* Experience in retail industry preferred
* Must be able to work Overtime and/or Weekends
* Must be able to stand up to 8 hours/day
* Self motivated and ability to work in a team environment a MUST
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
