Job Title: SVP - Product Management

 

Location: Roseland, NJ

 

Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a SVP - Product Management at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Accountable for software product lifecycle and portfolio decisions, including end-to-end ownership of portfolio strategies, product acquisition and divestment, product discontinuation, product validation, and product funding and pricing. Develop business cases of major investments for recommendation to senior management and integrate potential partner firms/new business opportunities with ADP's internal strategies and resources. Launch next generation of software product suites, leveraging customer feedback and meta-analytics to drive decisions and adjustments. Facilitate active user community coverage and sponsorship for software products, establishing customer feedback processes incorporated into product plans. Identify, explore, and coordinate the development of new software product extensions/bundles, as well as new software product opportunities in support of strategic business imperatives. Build a collaborative network with the Board of Directors, division Presidents, and sales and service leaders to align efforts and drive results in a matrixed environment across functional, regional, and business lines.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus eight (8) years of related experience. Up to 20% travel required to various locations per business need.

 

Four (4) years of experience must include:

Developing financial models, conducting external research, and creating presentations and communications to support new software product initiatives in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry; Working with C-level executives to build long-term strategies that enable profitable growth; Working with direct and indirect sales channels to launch partnerships with Benefits Brokers, Accountants, Private Equity companies, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendors to drive channel growth initiatives; Leading I.T./software product development processes and requirements in technology-driven businesses; and Developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth in the I.T. product sector.
