Job Description

The Design & Transition Manager is responsible The Design & Transition Manager is accountable for designing services for utility and warranty as well as seamless transition of services/work packages into the production environment with minimal impact to service operations and consequently the user community. The Design & Transition Manager is responsible for those service areas, practices and processes even if they cross CCS Government lines of authority and as such must work with those lines of authority for seamless service delivery.

It is required that the Design & Transition Manager have the experience, qualifications and certifications listed below:
* Must obtain one of the certifications from IAM Level I or IAT Level I. Experience managing service transition service lines in a cross-functional environment with similar requirements in the RFQ.
* ITIL Intermediate Level Certified. Please state related exam/exams.
* ISTQB Foundation Level Certification. Please state relevant exam/exams.
MS associate or expert certified. Please state certification. 
It is desirable that the Design & Transition Manager has the following experience, qualifications and certifications:
* Experience managing service improvements of service transition functions and processes in an environment similar to the requirements of the RFQ.
* ITIL Expert Level Certified. Please state related exam/exams.
* Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
* ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level Certification. Please state relevant exam/exams.
* A relevant educational degree.
 
Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
