    The Client Services Manager is responsible for the day-to day management of all operational duties of the IT Client Services staff. This position provides leadership and oversight to the team including goal setting, training/development, management of team schedule (on call rotations, paid-time-off, sick time, etc.), timesheet approval, feedback, coaching and mentoring, policy and procedure, and related leadership functions. Responsible for team performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions. Works closely with Directors of Business Technology and the Director of Client Technology
    concerning analysis and recommendations for projects. Prioritizes and assigns work efforts for the team. Maintains ownership of the quality of the team’s work. Establishes team metrics and generates reports on performance and productivity with respect to team goals. Responds to advanced level systems support activities, providing assistance to any
    IT operations staff members regardless of team association. Manages contracts and relationships with business partners and 3rd party providers. Adheres to defined budget and follows purchasing processes.

    What You Bring/Job Requirements

    In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

    • 6 - 8 years of experience managing a desktop services team preferably in a health care setting
    • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization on IT related issues and initiatives
    • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to quickly comprehend problems, develop hypotheses, draw logical conclusions, develop solutions, and respond accordingly
    • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor - BS degree from an accredited institution in a field of study related to the work assignment. Additional appropriate experience will substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
    • ITIL - ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred

    Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
