Job Description
As an advisor on the Accordant Healthcare Analytics reporting team, you will be responsible for designing reports, dashboards and data management solutions to support operational reporting needs for the AccordantCare program. In this role, you will collaborate with various business units including Account Management, Clinical Operations, and Product Development to drive reporting solutions based on the specific analytic and operational need. You will be considered the subject matter expert on the reporting data with the analytic business experience to translate business requests to the required reporting solution.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather reporting objectives and requirements
* Partner with business and reporting team to then design and create flexible reporting and dashboard solutions
* Design and lead development for metadata tables needed to drive correct data translations and to support reporting flexibility by various data segments
* Lead development for SQL processes to manage performance guarantee and key operational metrics, specifically around clinical metric and member engagement outcomes
* Lead and participate in proof of concepts to build the datasets to derive analytical insights. Partner closely with IT teams to ensure data is available as needed to support team deliverables
* Provide guidance to analyst peers on data usage and creation of new reporting solutions
* Provide guidance for quality control functions including QC checks to validate the reporting data aligns with business operations expectations
* Stay informed with changes to the nursing application which will drive changes in the reporting data.


Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate advanced data analysis and data management experience with analytical programming logic in SQL or similar DBMS
2. Proven track record of working directly with business partners to understand the business and analytic requirements and offer solutions
3. Experience working directly with business partners, analyst, and IT teams to design and deliver sound analytic and reporting solutions
4. Experience with conducting POC to develop data to support the reporting needs
5. Experience with coaching colleagues to deliver results, improve their business knowledge and improve their technical skills
6. Excellent problem solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and potential impacts. Solid organizational skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
PBM healthcare experience is preferred.
* Experience in developing dashboards using tools like Tableau

BS in MIS or analytics/ related field. MS or MBA preferred
