CVS Health and Minute Clinic have established a variety of programs and offerings to support and collaborate with health care providers. This includes physician groups, hospitals, Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). In this role, reporting to the head of MinuteClinic Strategic Alliance and Virtual Care, you will be responsible for developing and balancing strategic collaborations with health systems driving improved financial and positive health care outcomes for our clients and their patients.
These strategic activities involve partnering with executives and Clinicians to understand their population health management needs and goals and meeting those needs through the employment of our best-in-class differentiated enterprise solutions with a focus on MinuteClinic.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
* You will drive value for health systems, their patients and CVS Health through health system adoption of all CVS Health products and services
* You will lead health system book of business consisting of evaluation of needs, solution prioritization, sales, financial forecasting and full execution against departmental goals.
* You will collaborate effectively and achieve results with and through other people across the entire CVS Health enterprise including sales, marketing, clinical, IT, finance, legal and compliance.
* You will contribute to ongoing innovations including all aspects of due diligence, serving as a catalyst for change and actively participating in our strategy to reinvent pharmacy.
* You will be delivering technical discussions and progress reports related to physician EMRs, Surescripts, HIE interfaces and provider/pharmacy related technology.

**We will consider remote candidates in which we do not have a hub locations present**

Required Qualifications
You will have a minimum of 8 years’ Project Management and Client Management experience within a Healthcare business or in a Clinical setting.
You will have computer experience with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint to interface with various teams/colleagues using a wide range of technologies including Accellion, Tableau, TAS Online, etc.
Ability to travel up to 50% required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Ambulatory Healthcare
Demonstrates outstanding presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, integrity and maturity.
Premier organizational skills.

Bachelors required
Masters preferred
