Job Description
In this position, you will be considered the project lead by working with other analysts to ensure that project reporting objectives are successfully completed. You will work with our business partners in defining reporting requirements; determine timelines/deliverables and update management and business partners on project status; consult on advanced business analysis and coding, and present results at various levels within the organization.


Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of advanced SAS & SQL development experience;
* Experience planning and managing complex projects including gathering and implementing business requirements within the PBM or healthcare industry.
* Advanced data management experience (Mapping tables, Macros, packages, ETL)
* Demonstrated experience in building data sources, processes, and reports;
* Experience working on Financial reports including creating reports and presenting results to business partners.

Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver in a dynamic evolving environment;
* Excellent communication skills with experience presenting results;
* Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;

Bachelor’s Degree in business, health related or other related analytical field required. Master’s degree preferred.
