Job Description
This Application Development Sr. Manager is accountable for the IT product ownership, development and implementation of Digital Intergrated Pharmacy Program. You will provide leadership and mentorship for all projects and systems, supporting the future Integrated Pharmacy area of the business. This position is a phenomenal partner between IT and the Business area owners to ensure that IT is enthusiastically identifying and providing strategic opportunities to advance the business goals through technology. This role directs a top-notch organization of software developers who identify, design and deliver technology solutions using Angular, Data power, Nodejs, Native to achieve the defined business value. It is critical that you have in depth background in Agile Scrum and XP software development methodology. In addition, Director is especially looking for someone who is very familiar with Data power and Angular stack.

In this role, you will:

- Account for working with IT colleagues to ensure that all IT resources needed to support the development and ongoing maintenance of applications in their area are effectively coordinated.
- Be a great partner with customers in their assigned business area, consulting on the most effective utilization of technology and actively leading expectations.
- Drives hiring and the termination process and identifies and coordinates training for staff
- Coach and mentor team member, review periodic and annual performance of team members
- Craft technology vision and Roadmap

Required Qualifications
- 8 years of overall IT experience
- 5 years leading or handling IT application teams
- 8 years experience with Java Development Minimum of - 3 years of Angular experience Minimum of
- 5 years of actual Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of IT asset discovery and inventory processes and services
Confirmed leadership skills around resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work
Software development experience in numerous IT applications, tools, languages and infrastructure
Understanding of IT security and compliance remediation activities
Capable of leading the design and development of a new product from scratch
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at various levels
Ability to develop an IT Team committed to partnering with the Business and experience communicating upward in the IT and Business organizations
Attention to detail, even while handling multiple priorities
Demonstrable ability to improve the potential of employees via mentoring and focused development.

BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of work experience. An MS in Computer Science is preferable, as well.
