Job Description
As a Benefits Automation Advisor, you will act in the role of lead project facilitator and work with Clients and internal partners across departments. In this role you will lead projects related to Benefit Builder automation. This team will be ensuring consistency in all project work and be facilitating and documenting project details. The projects you lead will be geared toward operational efficiencies using Benefit Builder and other automation tools, such as BCA, BMA and SFDC. You will be directly responsible for working with Clients as well as internal partners on the automation approach that will drive efficiencies and deliver maximum benefits to Clients. You will also be responsible for successful project completion, including Client alignment, requirements gathering and documentation, overseeing testing activities and final Client review, sign and roll-out of Benefit Builder.

You will accomplish this by:
- Handling projects with multiple challenging deadlines
- Collaborating with internal Benefits and IT Teams and making key decisions regarding plan design architecture
- Consulting with internal Testing teams to clarify and resolve defects found in the testing process
- Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations

Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively communicate and partner with key partners and take your projects across the finish line. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. A developed ability to perform in multi-tasking team environment while meeting deadlines and resolve ambiguous requests will also contribute to your success.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in RxClaim adjudication functionality and plan design
* Travel up to 10% will be required

Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare/PBM experience strongly desired
* Benefit Builder experience strongly desired
* Advanced knowledge of the RxClaim Adjudication
* Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
* Dynamic individual that thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment that is client centric
* Positive "can do" attitude with focus on the success of the team
* Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently by applying sound judgment based on business principles and supporting data facts

* Bachelor's degree; equivalent work experience may substitute.
