As the Brand Compliance Advisor you will help prevent legal and reputation risk and negative financial consequences for the company by ensuring that clear, actionable and accurate communications are approved for use with clients and their plan members. You will be using your independent discernment to solve problems and make decisions that help reduce risk. You will draw upon your knowledge of the health care and PBM industry, and internal compliance and legal standards, to identify problems that could result in litigation, such as violating plan members’ privacy rights. You will also be collaborating with business owners to confirm the accuracy of messaging, and using the PBM Marketing data repository content to validate accuracy of data and provide guidance to requestors on how to secure content from the repository in order to produce accurate and aligned communications. Your role will specialize in certain areas of expertise to serve as the point person and in-house expert on those topics. You will partner with internal customers to understand the reason behind changes made to the communications during the review process, and also support specific account teams that work with clients who have custom (or non-standard) requirements related to their member communications. You will ensure that our communications are error free, include appropriate legal disclaimers and adhere to company style guidelines. You will reach your goals by:

- Reviewing and editing external-facing communication materials

- Collaborating with requestors and experts to ensure accurate, clearly written and compliant communications

- Finalizing documents and providing accurate details to Nuxeo manager for submission to document management system

- Supporting certain account teams to address the non-standard requirements of some clients

- Establishing and nurturing productive working relationships with colleagues across multiple functions who interact with Brand Compliance on a regular basis

- Building and maintaining documentation of company style standards, subject matter experts and other useful resources for the good of the team and internal customers

The Advisor reviews approximately 1500 to 2000 communication pieces annually, while successfully handling increases in overall Brand Compliance project volume year over year. Your proven writing and editing skills in will be tested daily as a member of an extraordinary team. To be successful you will prioritize effectively, you will establish and nurture relationships with multiple colleagues from a variety of functions across the business, and you will communicate and collaborate effectively to deliver excellent results in a timely manner. Your work will help us to maintain our position as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the PBM Marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* 5 or more years of experience in Brand Compliance or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in editing business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications, preferably in Healthcare or PBM
* Excellent editing and writing skills
* Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills
* Experience in leading multiple projects in a dynamic environment to meet all deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work within SharePoint, and/or other project management programs or systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Education
* Bachelors Degree in marketing or a related field is required
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
