Job Description
As the Sr Advisor, you will be part of Client Services (PBM) Quality team. This team is engaged across multiple functions including Testing Center of Excellence, with particular emphasis on solving problems, process improvement and increase automation usage within testing team. You will have the opportunity to use your technical skills and logical skills to analyze the business process, insert technology to solve problems and increase efficiency to make others life easy.

You will independently work on leading and managing day to day activities of key testing initiatives. Also play a vital role in identifying opportunities for improvements and resolve issues encountered by QA team. This team works closely with internal and external partners to deliver key strategic projects, manage applications and enhance Client Services processes. As part of the team you will work with systems such as RX Claims (AS400) and Salesforce. You will also utilize tools such as SQL Server, Selenium, UFT and Net beans.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands on experience in software testing and project management

3+ years of experience in pharmacy claims administration and pharmacy accumulators

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with PBM or Healthcare Payer Industry

Previous experience with programming languages

Previous experience with databases such as SQL Server and MS Access

Experience with Tableau

Education
Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
