As a Caremark Product Manager, your responsibilities will involve working closely with members of the CVS Specialty and PBM digital and business teams, operations leaders to define deliver to plan a large scale PBM client integration.

Specific responsibilities include:
* Focus on product development and delivery of technical solution leveraging Agile.
* Develop capability requirements gathering with broad group of cross-Digital, cross-functional, and cross-enterprise teams with a demonstrated ability to document user stories, and test and deliver to plan.
* Use judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day product management problems by selecting or adapting solutions to meet business needs.
* Illustrate the customer journey and support the scoping, definition and development of the digital product capabilities to align to customer and business needs.
* Working with Senior managers, provides regular updates on progress to leadership.
* Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
* Work collaboratively as part of the Digital team, including on the creation and execution of tactical product plans, and product metric reports.
* Develop use cases to support go live testing
* Participate in product testing and effectively report out on issues and triage bugs and defects.
* Support operational readiness to ensure process and procedures are in place to support go live.
* Support go to market planning and engagement to gain successful product adoption

Required Qualifications
* 5 years experience developing capability requirements gathering with broad group of cross-Digital, cross-functional, and cross-enterprise teams with a demonstrated ability to document user stories, and test and deliver to plan
* 5 or more years of experience in a role that requires structured and logical thinking, including ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and form a hypothesis against which to conduct requisite analyses and maintain a high attention to detail
* 5 years experience in the application of digital technologies and media, digital reporting and analytics

Preferred Qualifications
* Strengths in project management, problem solving, issue resolution, ability to work in deadline driven environment, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with engineering, design and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
* Health care industry experience preferred
* MBA preferred with a record of strong academic performance

Education
BA required; MBA preferred
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
