Job Description
The Director, Integration Planning will be a vital team member in the Integration Management Office, and to the success and oversight of post-acquisition planning and execution. The Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tactically executing integration efforts. The Director will manage a team inclusive of consultants and will collaborate directly with cross-functional colleagues to align on planning and execution.

Required Qualifications
1. Plan and facilitate various weekly integration management meetings and working sessions. Serve as central point of contact for EVP, Integration and other colleagues in the integration planning and finance team. Work closely across business units, project teams and Integration Leaders to ensure Senior Leaders and/or EVP, Integration are provided with information to stay informed and make timely and effective decisions about integration priorities and activities.
2. Lead a small integration management team inclusive of consultants. Responsible for fiscal management including actively monitoring consultant spend and advising on resource structure and deployment.
3. Engage cross-functionally across the organization to develop integration updates and materials for management and executive committees, board of director meetings, investor meetings, and other key forums.
4. Collaborate with finance, value capture teams, and executive leadership to analyze and report progress toward achieving integration plan financial commitments, as well as leading indicators.
5. Partner with Corporate Communications to develop and execute an integration communications plan.

Preferred Qualifications
* 8+ years of professional business experience inclusive of consulting experience
* Ability to balance project management, conflict resolution and people management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization
* Ability to manage multiple cross-functional efforts simultaneously and effectively prioritize in order to maximize business impact in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to anticipate needs of various stakeholders
* Proven ability to execute against deadline and targets in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the operational integration of mergers & acquisitions is strongly preferred
* Strategy and planning experience is strongly preferred
* Desire to engage in detailed planning and functional content related to integration

Bachelor degree required. Master's Degree preferred in Finance or Health related field
