Fortune 8 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for an E-Commerce Investigations Manager to join the Organized Retail Crime Team. As the E-Commerce Investigations Manager you will be responsible for conducting investigations involving various online platforms. You will be expected to prepare timely, detailed, and accurate investigative reports, supported by evidence. You will leverage your analytical skills to deep dive on various fraud activity to help drive complex investigations and investigative strategies.

As the E-Commerce Investigations Manager, you will investigate reported or suspected crime and fraud on various online platforms and work with the field ORC Team and Law Enforcement to identify and prosecute the bad actors.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in: Fraud, Cyber Crime, Financial Crimes, Financial Risk Management or Asset Protection
- Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with open source intelligence (OSINT) preferred
- Data visualization experience beyond Excel (Tableau, I2)
- Previous e-commerce fraud prevention and investigations or financial fraud prevention experience
- Utilize data and leverage technology from multiple internal and other investigative sources to initiate, document, and resolve investigations
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Consistency with meeting productivity expectations
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Exceptional problem-solving skills

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience in combination with years of education may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
