Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health’s dynamic Human Resources team? As a Employee Survey and Assessment Senior Manager you will play an integral part of the Survey and Assessment Team. You will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of employment selection tools and processes, including customized, online pre-hire assessments, case studies, structured interviews, and executive assessments, across the Enterprise.

Additional duties and responsibilities:
* You will review and assess the performance of existing selection tools, taken by over a million candidates a year, ensuring that they are job-related and appropriate for their intended use.
* You will partner with the Analytics Team to conduct return on investment studies.
* You will collaborate with colleagues in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Diversity to ensure effective implementation and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
* You will manage vendor relationships.
* You will provide technical leadership and consulting support to the company in the assessment and measurement of employee attitudes, engagement, and other HR related topics.

Required Qualifications
* You have 3 or more years’ experience developing, implementing and validating selection tools and collaborating with clients around those tools and systems
* You have at least 3 years presenting and communicating to senior leaders in a business setting.
* You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with consulting related to assessments, organizational effectiveness or recruiting.
* You have worked with Microsoft Office for 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications
* You have 5 years’ experience leading projects to develop, implement and validate selection tools.
* At least 5 years of experience communicating and presenting to senior leaders.
* You have experience managing vendors and large scope projects.
* Experience in applied research and data analysis (e.g. interpreting validation coefficients, adverse impact analysis).
* You are familiar with regulatory and scientific requirements around employment testing, including EEOC’s Uniform Guidelines for Employee Selection Procedures, APA’s Standard for Educational and Psychological Testing, and SIOPs Principles for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures.
* Experience in the healthcare industry.
* You are knowledgeable with pre-hire screening best practices.
* Strong business insight, able to work effectively with all levels of the company and a deep understanding of employee's needs and requirements.
* You have an executive presence and able to distill complex issues and program updates for senior leaders
* Process oriented, can adapt quickly to changing priorities and can prioritize workloads/projects to ensure deadlines are met.
* Proven background in psychological measurement in employment settings.

Education
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Master's degree or higher in I-O psychology or related field is preferred.
