We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for a product management role! As a Enterprise Initiatives - Product Innovation Executive Advisor, you will be part of our Pricing and Network Product Innovation team which is engaged across all functions of our PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) operations, as well other enterprise initiatives, with particular emphasis on delivering innovative solutions to our PBM and other clients. You will have the opportunity to use your strategic thinking and leadership skills to analyze business opportunities, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership all in an effort to drive new initiatives to market, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the healthcare industry.

As an Executive Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a team tasked with designing, commercializing and operationalizing innovative products that help members get access to drug affordability solutions. Furthermore, you will engage cross-functionally across the organization to design innovative solutions while developing value for members, clients and the enterprise. Additionally, you will use your superior strategic skills to help develop marketing materials in support of the portfolio value prop, be the external client account manager, which will include providing exceptional customer service, working with clients to present products that meet their needs and report on the impact provided by in-force products.

The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems. It will require a high level of risk versus reward judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of PBM and/or Healthcare experience
- At least 5 years of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Clinical Background is desired
- Account Management experience with focus on service, contracting and sales

Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
