Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health as part of our dynamic HR Analytics team? As a Senior Manager on our HR Advanced Analytics team, you will use a practical approach to analyzing business metrics and addressing business challenges with actionable, data-driven talent management solutions.

In this highly visible role, you will be a HR analytic authority for the enterprise. You will consult and problem solve with business leaders, provide thought leadership, and support the design, development and implementation of HR analytic initiatives involving statistical analysis, modeling, business case preparation, implementation and oversight.

You play an integral part of the Human Resources Team, providing Business and HR leaders across the Enterprise with actionable insights from people data that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and create return on investment. Using your knowledge of the business, research methods, and statistics, you will help translate complex business questions and challenges into analytic projects.

Responsibilities include:
* Conduct statistical analysis using data from a range of sources to identify drivers of an outcome (e.g., reducing employee turnover or improving employee selection)
* Developing models that take established links between factors and outcomes to enable scenario testing
* Create and administer surveys to help collect the data needed to understand an issue
* Create informative and sustainable dashboards
* Oversee large initiatives and data/reporting needs of projects (e.g., annual employee engagement survey)
* Assess the business impact of implemented talent solutions and communicating results to leadership and partners
* Assist to drive efficiencies and productivity with our most valuable asset - our people - which consists of over 280,000 colleagues

Required Qualifications
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced analytics which includes regressions, ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, statistical/data modeling software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL), business systems (ATS, HRIS), and data warehouses.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with competency in v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.

3+ years of experience translating technical concepts/research into practical recommendations, creating presentations with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint) and presenting to and communicating with senior leaders.

This position does not have any direct reports, but leads others in project work and is a thought leader on subjects of expertise.

This position will be located in Woonsocket, RI or Hartford, CT.

Preferred Qualifications
* M.A. or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Science, HR Management or Statistics
* Prior experience in working for a large, complex matrixed environment
Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily obtained through completion of a Master’s Degree or PhD in related field (quantitative research, analytics, etc.
