As the Implementations Manager, Coram, you will build and lead the overall implementation process for payer & pharmaceutical manufacturing contracts for the Coram, Home Infusion business. The build-out of the implementation plan will require an end to end understanding of the customer and patient experience, as well as internal operations and process flows. You will be involved in the determination of KPIs and build-out of dashboards to measure and track implementation success and sustainability. Key indicators & lagging indicators will be identified to trigger process changes. Standard Operating Procedures will be documented as the plan is rolled out and processes are enhanced.

Ongoing implementation management will include Project Plan maintenance, weekly update calls, and ongoing management of Risk/Opportunities within the implementation to track progress through to completion.

You will ensure delivery of customer requirement, through timely and accurate documentation and effective management of cross-functional partners to meet key deliverables.

* Deliver a high quality, on-time client implementation as identified by the completion of the Implementation process and procedures through development of project plans and milestones to execute on tasks.
* Contribute to assigned process improvement activities through participation in assigned process improvement initiative projects
* Identify process improvement opportunities providing proactive, strategic solutions
* Support special projects & pipeline related activities
* Work cross functionally and independently to actively manage project risks while meeting all contractual requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of client requirements, operational and sales readiness for a successful Implementation.

We're seeking a strong detail oriented leader that is a self-learner who can work independently; as well as in a team, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines. You will provide superb customer service through effective communication, both written and verbal. You will build relationships with our clients as well as other internal partners in the organization. You will need to quickly build a thorough understanding of the Coram business and build relationships with the internal functional partners that are key in supporting the implementation processes. To be successful in this position analytical and strategic decision-making skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve business and process issues is imperative.

Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of professional work experience in account management, project management, process implementation, or related areas
* 3+ years advanced experience with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
* Travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry knowledge
* Experience with Tableau

Bachelor’s degree required
