In partnership with the Sr. Manager, this critical role will shape and execute the strategy for the in-store digital screen expansion at CVS Health. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the content development and execution for in-store digital screens, including the development of creative briefs based on screen strategy, managing the creative development in partnership with the creative agency, owning the content calendar and continuously testing new content ideas based on screen data, insights from consumers and industry best practices. Partnering with digital screen vendors and the Sr. Manager, this role will manage the digital screen roadmap, ensuring screen functionality and capabilities are always being enhanced to meet customer needs.

Working closely with the Sr. Manager and business partners across the organization, the Manager will specifically be responsible for the following:

* Aligning to the digital screen strategy, this role will be responsible for developing, managing and updating the digital screen content editorial calendar. This includes writing creative briefs, briefing in creative agency, and managing the content approval process with merchandising, Pharmacy and Minute Clinic business partners, marketing strategy and legal
* This role is responsible for the frequency content is updated on digital screens, that content is always optimized based on data and insights and creative and copy align to best practices for in-store digital screens all while solving a customer need to enhance her shopping experience
* This role will partner with business partners (merchandising, RX & Minute Clinic) and marketing ensuring relevant products and campaigns are integrated into the digital screen editorial calendar
* This role will be the primary day to day contact for any external vendors that work on in-store digital screens. This will include managing weekly status calls, briefing in vendors for creative needs, managing invoices/ payments and elevating any vendor issues to Sr. Manager or Sr. Director as needed
* This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ordering process as it relates to digital screen hardware. This includes partnering with external digital screen vendors and the CVS procurement team
* Develop and manage the field communication ensuring all field leaders and store personnel are informed and educated on the in-store digital screens and SLAs once screens are installed
* Is the CVS subject matter expert and lead contact for cross-functional teams for all digital screen inquires as it relates to the development, execution and installation
* Manage invoice and PO process through internal CVS systems ensuring all budget requirements are managed timely and accurately in compliance with CVS processes
* Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with Business Partners across the organization closely partnering with marketing, creative, merchandising, procurement, operations, in-store design and the field
* Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered, providing feedback and implementing changes to optimize internal processes
* Act as an independent self-starter and anticipate requests to properly execute projects and initiatives
* Be able to negotiate compromises, have difficult conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative spirit
* Must enjoy working at a fast pace and cope well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration, a high level of motivation and the ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual contributor

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of digital content or marketing experience, retail experience preferred
* 3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years project managing campaigns with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Communicate effectively at all levels, across departments, and with Business Partners
* Possess the ability to adjust interaction and communications styles for different audiences and situations
* Consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, accountability, and flexibility, in working with other
* Active listening skills
* Ability to impact and influence via presentations or via email/written communications
* Decisive and effective problem-solving ability with an understanding of how to effectively escalate problems or concerns to management
* Ability to work well within a team setting
* Strong attention to detail and process
* Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word
* Experience in creating in-store digital screen campaigns that drive strong results in aisle is a plus

Education
Bachelor's in Business, Technology, Marketing or related fields
