Directly and through our subsidiaries, Omnicare provides a broad array of pharmacy-related services to long term care facilities and to other customers in the health care environment. While senior care has long been an Omnicare specialty, we also serve other targeted populations.

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of a diverse group of activities that drive the effectiveness of the Long Term Care sales and strategic accounts organization.

The Sales Enablement Manager leads a team focused on the identification, design and delivery of data, processes and tools that enable a high performing sales and strategic accounts organization.

Duties include:

- Leads the data analytics strategy to identify, refine and size potential opportunities. Focuses on internal trends and key performance indicators to determine root-cause diagnoses and corresponding solution recommendations and tools/materials to improve
- Leads team responsible for designing and implementing processes, tools and information to continuously improve sales and strategic account performance This includes but is not limited to market intelligence, knowledge management tools, learning curricula, communications and job-based tools
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to design and implement strategies and tactics to launch new products and innovations among the field sales organization
- Develop and implement a dynamic functional learning and development strategy and related curriculum and tools
- Manage customer-facing forums and meetings designed to capture customer insights and promote LTC value proposition
- Create and implement functional communications and field rollout schedules.
- Participate in key cross functional projects and work streams as the voice of the field sales organization
- Manage partnerships with external providers
- Responsible for budget and fiscal performance of Sales Enablement team
- Streamline processes and systems wherever possible, and advise the Sales and Strategic Accounts team on business growth opportunities
- Refine business plan addressing sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed metrics, and promoting the Sales and Strategic Accounts team throughout the enterprise

We would ideally like this candidate to work out of the Cincinnati, OH or Lincoln, RI office, but we may consider allowing this to be a remote position.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in Sales Enablement Management position with direct experience in creating and operating a Sales Enablement Team function
- At least two years experience in inside/outside sales production role
- Proven expertise in process/metrics development of a sales organization
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- The ability to travel up to 30%
- Have a working knowledge of SalesForce.com platform

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Effective problem-solver and time management
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Have a working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proven history of sales success in the healthcare industry
- Ability to function autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal, selling skills and relationship building abilities
- Excellent oral and written communications skills

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Communication or relevant job experience
