Job Description
This position will play the role of an Advisor within the Network
Pharmacy department. They will advise on technical solutions and
enhancements of applications/tools which are critical to department
functions and success of the organization. Application enhancements
and monitoring will improve recoveries for Daily Review to increase
client savings and CVS Caremark retention. The Advisor will assist in
the support of a team of claim reviewers who call pharmacies and
evaluate the integrity of claims submitted by providers. In addition,
the Advisor will run a variety of pharmacy audit reports, assist with
Client specific audit requests, train new Lead Coordinators, and
evaluate the claims reviewed by the Daily Review team.

Required Qualifications
1. 3+ years experience of retail pharmacy knowledge/experience
Knowledge of PBM claim processing systems

Preferred Qualifications
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
Software application skills - RxClaim, Recap
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make critical business decisions
Excellent coaching/mentor skills
Critical thinker/excellent problem solving skills
Independent worker with a team philosophy
Software application skills - Excel, Outlook, Access

Education
High School or GED required
Bachelor Degree preferred
