Job Description
The Operations Manager, Pharmacy Customer Care provides direct and indirect guidance to the licensed Pharmacy Customer Care supervisory staff and representatives in an inbound and outbound environment. The Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily operations including general oversight and management of Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and/or Technician (CPhT) teams. The Operations Manager participates in the development and leads the implementation of organizational strategies that improve patient medication adherence and optimize outcomes. Key responsibilities include direct leadership and development for Call Center Supervisors, oversight of licensed call center staff and delivery of stated KPI's.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a call center management position

Must have a demonstrated results-oriented approach

Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills; ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization
Must have a sense of urgency, energy and enthusiasm
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Access).
Experience in healthcare or the retail pharmacy industry

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
