As the Process Improvement Senior Advisor, you will be a vital contributor to the PBM Product Management team. You will be critical to the successful growth of the PBM businesses and will drive new operational initiatives as well as impact existing products and services that will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company overall. You will be engaged cross-functionally across the PBM with a particular emphasis on solving complex problems, leading and performing root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, testing, and measurement. You will be specifically focused on process improvement in a group that operates in a focused product management area and will be a major contributor to a large team of Product professionals. You will work closely with business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Engage key stakeholders to understand and document process maps, work instructions and most importantly, identify pain points and risk requiring significant process improvement
- Scoping, planning, and performing quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand and procure the required information to complete the analyses
- Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary
- Facilitating of internal and external meetings to provide status, progression, and ensuring that client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned
-Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement newly developed improvement solutions.

In this role you will operate in a highly complex and fast changing environment while working directly with internal clients at all levels (e.g., operations, account management, finance, client benefits and IT). You will lead by adopting organizational change and managing change throughout the organization and provide trusted consultancy leadership to the business. To be successful you will have need the ability to mentor and facilitate collaboration amongst internal and external partners. You will utilize customer-focused principles, practices and techniques in order to advance performance excellence and promote customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 8-years of high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models.

Team oriented and self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow deadlines and be flexible.

Strong follow-up and time management skills as well as demonstrate the ability to support services confidently in a highly competitive market.

Strong decision making, strong creative problem solving, and management of details to closure.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including solid experience with group presentations.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2-years of direct or indirect leadership experience

Experience leading through influence and working effectively and efficiently in a highly-matrixed organization

Proven experience with negotiation and conflict management with internal and external business partners, including individuals at the executive and senior executive level

Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
MBA or master's degree preferred
Additional certification in process improvement desired: BPO, BPM, Lean/Six Sigma
