We have an exciting opportunity to work for the industry leader as a Pharmacy Manager. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will represent an organization that provides high-quality, compassionate infusion care for thousands of patients across the country. In this role, you manage all operations within your facility including costs, budget, P&L, as well as direct the Administrative and Pharmacy teams by meeting or exceeding annual established revenue growth, clinical and service quality and customer satisfaction.

As the Pharmacy Manager for our Long Term Care Pharmacy, you will be an integral leader of the pharmacy team. You will have the ability to serve as the primary source of information related to pharmacy practice and laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will lead a team of pharmacists and technicians in our dispensing pharmacy to provide excellent customer service and efficient workflow and ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications.

Additional Responsibility:
Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local, state, federal regulations
communicate and educate pharmacy staff and develop key talents

Lead and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, caring, integrity, and accountability.

Required Qualifications
Non-restricted pharmacist license in the State of California

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to be organize, plan, and execute corporate initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressures, to welcome change and growth by being open to discovery and trying new ideas.
Demonstrated ability to remain curious and having a growth mindset.
Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams and recognizing and developing key talents.
