Job Description
As the Procurement Reconciliation Supervisor, you will oversee the work and functions of the Procurement Reconciliation Reps primarily tasked with the responsibility of reconciling pharmaceutical vendor invoices, analyzing pricing and payments terms, in addition to adjudicating vendor statements.

The Supervisor will serve as the first level of escalation in vendor disputes and therefore must have strong verbal and written communication ability with well-developed negotiation skills. Additionally, as the invoice payment process is a key component of cash flow management, the Supervisor must continually manage timely payment to ensure cash discount is earned and conversely that payments are not paid early. This position will report to the Manager, Invoice Reconciliation.

Required Qualifications
-3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a project management role in a fast paced, high activity environment
-3+ years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience, preferably using formulas and creating spreadsheets, and efficiently managing high volumes or email and related documents
-1+ years of resolving and researching negotiations

Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of finance, generally accepted accounting principles and accounts payable concepts.
-Knowledge of SAP
-Prior healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience.
-Prior Materials Management/Invoice Reconciliation experience.
-Decision making or problem solving skills

High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred
