This role you will focus primarily on the retail pharmacy business and addressing the $300B opportunity of helping patients be adherent to their medications. You will work with a high-energy team that is motivated by the opportunity to brainstorm, test, analyze, and build the products and services that drive health outcomes for our patients, primarily through Pharmacist counseling. Besides developing these exciting new strategies to improve patient adherence, you will help manage an existing suite of patient adherence programs in CVS retail pharmacies, such as developing change management strategies for the field, finding data and operational trends to recommend relevant product improvements and partner to support digital strategy for adherence products.

In this Advisor role, you would be primarily responsible for the ideation, mini-testing, product development and rollout of programs, services and capabilities designed specifically to meet the needs of our complex patients and support their caregivers while driving new pharmacy growth.

In this position, you will work cross-functionally with direct and indirect team member(s) throughout the enterprise through the design, development, launch and expansion of pharmacy growth capabilities and services. This portfolio will include leading those products already committed for deployment and leading the identification and testing of new offerings and process improvements.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Representing CVS Pharmacy in partnerships with internal and external partners

- Developing and improving the market strategy and competitive differentiation for pharmacy growth services and offerings

- Supporting efforts to scope and size opportunities to inform an executable road-map to test various engagement/acquisition techniques and that map to the overall program goals to better serve and acquire patients.

- Support retail pharmacy leadership team to develop strategic perspective on existing and new retail pharmacy opportunities

- Oversight for the sizing and assessment of opportunities, identifying risks/benefits and formulating recommendations to improve current and develop new clinical offerings and pharmacy growth capabilities

- Own the diagnosis, solution development, planning, execution and measurement of strategic products and services to support our most complex patients encompassing all of the company’s assets and delivery methods

- Developing and supporting the approach and execution of mini-tests, communicating outcomes and crafting recommendations regarding appropriate course of direction Influencing key partners across the Enterprise, including the opportunity to lead a direct report

To be effective in this role, you need the following skills:

- Ability to think strategically and with a customer-centric point of view

- Organized thought process to develop creative, best-in-class solutions to business challenges

- Experience with the development, testing and execution of product offerings

- Demonstrate strong business insight and mature decision-making processes

- Experience identifying connections between functional business units and factor them into decisions and plans

- Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence

- Ability to influence cross functional and senior partners

Required Qualifications
2+ years of demonstrated business trends and analysis experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting development, etc.)

2+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. project management experience or managing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)

2+ years of experience assessing and building a business case to identify areas of opportunities for the business and/or 1+ years of consulting, analytic, or related experience required

Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience is extremely helpful ideally with a stint at a HealthCare consulting firm.

Experience with analysis using tools such as Access and SQL is strongly preferred

Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Education
Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent work experience

Master's degree preferred
