The CVS Specialty Clinical Innovation Group defines, develops, and implements therapy specific reporting to demonstrate differentiated experience for patients, improve advance clinical care, and manage overall costs. We are a world class organization and this role is a leading contributor to manage the development of specialty solutions and new business opportunities. The primary responsibilities of this role include specialty client reporting design, development, and automation of manual processes. Focus areas include but aren’t limited to;

* Collaborate with Specialty leadership to develop a process to support growth in client reporting needs
* Innovate reporting processes to find efficiencies
* Interpret client feedback to recommend reporting enhancements
* Serve as key contributor and subject matter expert for specialty data and reporting
* Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners to gather insights to automate reporting
* Manage and contribute to all phases of client reporting package development
* Responsible for identifying issues and leading resolution of service level an and performance guarantee reporting to minimize clinical, operational, or service challenges
* Develop, deliver, and present client specific reports
* Contribute insights and analysis in support of other strategic enterprise initiatives
* Develop a deep understanding of specialty pharmacy
* Create and deliver presentations for internal stakeholders and program leadership
* Facilitate roadmap development of report automation through implementation
* Build reporting development road maps for assigned products
* Act as the liaison between key internal business partners in order to create and execute product specific data strategies

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years working healthcare
- 5+ years working in analytics with a track record of delivering insights and business impact
- 3+ years of experience with analytic techniques, such as impact measurement, predictive modeling, and return on investment measurement
- 3+ years of project management or similar experience
* Strong business acumen and communication skills to represent requirements to cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders
* Skills with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
* Project management
* Data Reporting Development and Analysis
* Strong diagnostic capabilities; including process innovation or development and the ability to work with business and clinical professionals to identify key areas for opportunity within a short period of time
* Presentation Experience with in-person and online by Web-based tools or conference calls
* Experience with multitasking, prioritizing work, and effective communication in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
* High energy and works with sense of urgency to deliver results
* Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines
* Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of pharmacy workflow, training, metrics and reporting
* Builds strong relationships and capable of influencing at all levels of leadership
* Experience managing test & learn programs
* Product Development

Bachelor’s Degree Required
MBA preferred
