Job Description
As a Product Innovation Senior Advisor for our Health Engagement Engine (HEE), you will be the business owner responsible for the oversight, management and strategic development of the HEE technology and message delivery capabilities. HEE is a collection of technologies that identifies members and enables message delivery to the member at a time when they are thinking about their healthcare. You will lead multiple work streams that support these initiatives, including the identification and development of new business opportunities and strategic capability enhancements. A proven track record of establishing strong and effective partnerships to design, develop, build, test and maintain HEE technology solutions will contribute to your success. This role requires an individual with a strong skill set in strategic analysis, quantitative skills, marketplace assessment, ability to propose solutions to complex problems and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Additional responsibilities include:

* Leading the development and delivery of capability solution requirements, support materials and improvement recommendations to ensure capability value
* Strategic assessment of market needs to inform current and future offerings for multiple CVS Health lines of business.
* Continually developing and evaluating the evolution of the HEE technology and capabilities to optimize performance. Engage business partners, monitor marketplace dynamics and execute on recommendations.
* Collaborating with senior leaders and internal partners including PBM and Retail Product Teams, multiple IT teams, Analytics & Outcomes and multiple message delivery channel owners including Customer Care, MinuteClinic, CVS Pharmacy and Digital to ensure overall department objectives are met
* Aligning internal partners to optimal solutions based on several factors including product team and marketplace needs and analytics

Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of related system capability business architecture, product management and/or process improvement required

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working cross-functionally with internal partners such as IT and Product Teams
* PBM/Retail or management consulting experience preferred
* Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally to meet business objectives
* Strong healthcare experience
* Superior communication, analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed while achieving deadlines
* Ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and developing next steps
* Proficiency in standard PC software products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Masters is preferred
