The Digital Messaging Product Manager will develop products that will transform how patients engage with health care. The Messaging product manager will manage digital product features for CVS Specialty from the business case through to the go-to market strategy. Today, Digital messaging sends SMS, email, and secure message. As the product, you will mission is to drive patient adherence, improve health outcome, and reduce operating costs by expanding on the Digital product features and functionality.

The product manager will lead Agile teams to build the messaging product. The product manager will partner with pharmacy operations, clinical innovation, legal, marketing, IT, and executive teams to bring products to market and, develop and grow business opportunities. They will collaborate with technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations.

Specific responsibilities include:
* Own the Digital messaging product by leading engineering team to accurately define, validate, and release new products and features
* Understand and represent patient and stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable plans, user personas, system personas, development epics, and development user stories
* Develop robust insights and recommendations by leveraging market research, consumer insight, clinical data; and conducting competitive benchmarking
* Execute the "test and learn" approach to by creating, managing, prioritizing, and clearly communicating the product development priorities via a product backlog to feed the product architecture and engineering teams
* Monitor and report on product metrics and business KPIs (revenue, orders, conversions, etc.) on a daily/weekly basis and maintain reporting dashboard on a daily basis.
* Contribute to the Specialty Digital Messaging product vision, strategy, and drive execution
* Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions to optimize the patient experience
* Act as point of contact for production support (includes occasional weekend work)
* Drive broad organizational engagement in online digital product development through
o Passionate, inspired leadership
o Energetic partnering and relationship development across CVS/Specialty
o Regularly, impactful communication of progress and impact

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a product-focused business with a track record of driving strategy, customer experience, e-commerce capabilities, and performance management
* 5+ years of experience in a product management/development, project management, business analyst or information architect type role with a demonstrated track record of high achievement and progressive responsibility.
* 5+ years of experience in implementing large back-end platforms/systems which connect to legacy environments
* CRM, ESP, marketing Cloud, or other personalized communication technology experience.
* Experience in messaging (text, email, live chat) programs.
* Experience serving as the product owner role in small dedicated team
* Experience defining key business KPIs and outcomes, developing protocols to measure the KPI’s, and constantly challenging and prioritizing based on those KPIs
* Agile (SAFE) and Waterfall methodology
* Execute the mind set of building a minimum viable product and utilizing a "test and learn" approach
* Familiarity with Tools: Atlassian JIRA, Tableau, Adobe

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
* Able to write User Stories
* Experience managing issues and driving a cross functional team towards issue resolution
