Job Description
The Production Support Advisor will assume lead role supporting Digital Specialty application. In this role he/she will:

· Provide support for the Digital application along with others
· Provide technical explanation for issues identified by business
· Pro-actively identify issues with applications and start process to resolve
· Lead the patching and maintenance of servers within applications
· Perform Periodic Access Reviews for applications and servers
· Identify root causes for technical issues
· Work with backend teams to reach resolutions of issues
· Work on issues reported by PCI, White hat and other security scans

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in supporting Production environment
- 5 or more years of experience in Java/J2EE, SQL, HTML, JavaScript (Angular, typescript, Node Js preferred) , and XML required.
- 5 years of experience with the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading / caching)
- 5 or more years of experience in object-oriented design methodologies and application development required
- 2 or more years of experience in unit testing framework

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced debugging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Be a great team player and a technical leader
- Experience with high-volume scalable environments and enterprise frameworks
- Possess strong technical knowledge of Unix
- Ability to work with different teams
- Ability to lead effort on issues to resolution
- Ability to work on call support including weekends on rotational basis
- Need to work independently on triaging the issues
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical business partners

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required. MS preferred
