Would you like to be part of dynamic Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? As the Project Manager/Advisor Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate, you will drive store buys and regional chain deals from LOI to closing. You will lead the integration / execution of these deals ensuring flawless execution. You will proactively work with store and corporate teams after closing to address and resolve issues (and implement improvements to eliminate/mitigate any issues for future deals). You will work closely with senior management to drive pipeline / department goals. You will develop and implement continuous process improvements to increase retention and more efficiently close on deals.

Required Qualifications
You have 5+ years of professional work experience required. Experience coming specifically from pharmacy operations, retail pharmacy, operations, or project management preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
-You have strong decision making skills (i.e. can see the big picture and interrelated enterprise impact of decisions) and ability to take charge as needed
-You have strong project management skills and are able to lead large project teams.
-You are able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and partner across boundaries.
-You have outstanding planning, time management, and project management skills. Agility and ability to adapt to change is key.
-You have excellent organizational, administrative, problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with senior management.

Education
Bachelors degree required.
