Job Description
The Manager of Fixture Development and Program Roll Outs is responsible for proactively leading the development, coordination and execution of all at shelf sales display vehicles in our stores. These responsibilities include design, development, compliance, costing, value engineering and distribution of all fixtures and sign holders. This position is also responsible for managing third party suppliers of fixtures to our stores.

In this role you will:
* Develop, design, test and implement specialty fixtures. Ensure that they meet store design criteria and incremental sales and profit returns. Provide required analysis and pay back justification per capital expenditure policies and procedures.
* Establish, maintain and communicate visual merchandising display standards.
* Review and approve all product manufacturers’ fixture and POP materials prior to store roll out.
* Enhance existing and develop new communication processes to optimize internal production and field based implementation of fixture related program roll outs.
* Re-engineer existing fixtures for cost savings and increased functionality.
* Develop and maintain a project tracking report which accounts for fixture related programs.
* Develop communications and installation instructions that support new fixture program roll outs.
* Analyze and report on competitor product display techniques and fixtures. Benchmark best practices and bring new concepts and ideas to CVS.
* Ensure that our fixture design efforts reinforce our marketing, packaging and promotional messages to the customer.
* Enhance and create opportunities to increase impulse sales through knowledge of consumer behavior, shopping habits and tracking study information.
* Manage the Ariba capital approval process.
* Lead the ongoing development, execution and management of all permanent fixtures and sign holders.
* Leverage new manufacturing technologies and processes for new sales opportunities and in problem solving.
* Establish, maintain and communicate visual merchandising display standards.
* Manage Fixture Suppliers. Negotiate, review, analyze and challenge design proposals provided to make solid decisions regarding fixture development.

Required Qualifications
* 10 + years’ experience in leading the experience development, execution and management of permanent display fixtures.
* 8 + years of experience in leveraging and applying new manufacturing technologies and processes for new sales opportunities and in problem solving.
* 5+years plus of proven ability to manage Fixture Suppliers. Negotiate, review, analyze and challenge design proposals provided to make solid decisions regarding fixture development.
* Ability to enhance and create opportunities to increase impulse sales through knowledge of consumer behavior, shopping habits and tracking study information.
* Ability to establish, maintain and communicate visual merchandising display standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of PC based software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or other similar software applications.
* Possess strong business analytical skills with the ability to analyze multiple options and choosing the best course of action.
* Ability to enhance and create opportunities to increase impulse sales through knowledge of consumer behavior, shopping habits and tracking study information.
* Experience in planning and coordinating multiple overlapping projects across functional departments and developing, setting and meeting deadlines.
* Proven ability to influence, work and negotiate with fixture suppliers.
* Highly organized and able to work within a cross functional team environment.
* Proven ability to communicate and manage multiple project roll outs.
* Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills. Adept at effectively communicating with all levels in the organization from store associates to senior management.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
