CVS is seeking an innovative individual with strong product development, strategic-thinking and analytical skills to play a critical role on a high-visibility growth initiative. In this role, you will identify, implement and support a portfolio of strategies, tools and tactics to realize value in our Pharmacy Product Development efforts; driving better health outcomes for our patients and financial results for CVS. You will have a real passion for data-driven insights and will be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel to assess, develop, implement and operationalize both existing and new opportunities. This position provides excellent exposure to senior leaders across the enterprise as well as ongoing professional development opportunities in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Your key job responsibilities will be:

- Participate in setting the new product development strategy

- Ideate, test and evaluate feasibility of new products including sizing and assessing the markets and identifying risks/benefits of opportunities

- Assist in business case development/refinement and ongoing value assessments

- Work cross functionally to build solutions from concept through requirements, testing and deployment

- Establish and maintain strong operational oversight; driving engagement, generating incremental customer value, consistently aligning partners, and actively driving growth opportunities

- Scope, plan, and execute analyses to answer key questions on product performance and opportunities for improvement, modification and expansion

- Drive step change improvements to existing products/tactics and lead all aspects of testing, sizing, and implementation

- Interact with senior leaders regularly to share progress, insights and path forward recommendations

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a role that involves new product development and/or strategic problem solving (e.g., consulting)".

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Pharm.D.) and/or experience leading growth initiatives, including piloting and business case development

- Ability to draw actionable insights from data; strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point, SQL knowledge a plus

- Knowledge and experience working in the retail pharmacy and/or healthcare space

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to balance multiple initiatives/priorities

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
