Would you like to be part of a dynamic Reporting & Analytics team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? In the role of SAS Metric Reporting and Analytics Advisor, you will be directly responsible for managing business with CVS Caremark pharmacy and provider networks. You will have responsibility for the oversight and administration of program workflow management: monitor and regulate volumes and finances based on client, program, and contractual goals as well as guarantees. You will also participate and own areas in the development, coordination, and implementation of the day to day operations and forecasting collection, review and analysis of department data and reporting, find root cause to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiencies within operational processes. You will develop internal and external relationships and engage regularly with internal business partners across CVS Caremark such as Product, Finance, etc. The Advisor will develop and maintain quality assurance protocol to eliminate missed client guarantees and potential adverse impacts such as financial penalties, and client retention.

The Advisor is part of a high-performance group that is supportive of fellow team members. Outstanding Communication skills are beneficial for success.

Required Qualifications
* You have a minimum of 5 years of PBM or related industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* You have previous experience in Clinical Operations; Pharmacy Advisor; Medication Therapy Management; Network Services
* You have prior Retail Pharmacy Experience
* You have strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities; recommend solutions, and pull together appropriate partners to find solutions
* Directing project activities of a cross functional team, timeliness of completion and follow-up documentation
* You are able to successfully lead multiple projects at a time.
* Dedicated work ethic, self-starter, independent thinker who can take initiative
* You have strong communication skills
* You have good computer skill and have excellent skills in basic Office application (Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point)
* Demonstrate a high level of technical skills using SAS, Excel, and other analytic tools to import, export, and manipulate data for analytic and reporting purposes
* You are technically savvy with analytical experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
