Job Description
As a key member of the Transformation team, the Sr. Advisor of Chronic Care will play a critical role in defining the future state of care delivery and the ideal consumer experience model for our company. This role’s primary responsibility will be to guide a cross-functional team in identifying new product ideas, building business cases, and prioritizing these opportunities into robust product pipeline for future development. When appropriate, this individual will also get involved in creating pilot plans and working with either external vendors of the various operations teams throughout our organization in order to bring the concepts to life.
* Lead cross-functional team in conducting diligence around new product opportunities and building business cases related to each, within the Chronic Care group. Use output of business cases (along with other inputs such as market research) to prioritize opportunities to enter the product pipeline
* Play a key role, in many cases the lead role, in the design and implementation of pilot programs to test these product concepts in market. This will include liaising with external vendors, developing pilot economic/metrics and monitoring/adjusting pilot activities as needed
* Assist Director and Senior Director in creating executive-level readouts and presentation material for executive leadership meetings
* Assist Director and Senior Director with functional support, e.g. liaising with procurement, legal, and other shared services
* Define, develop, deliver and measure new customer experiences designed to influence consumer behavior, improve outcomes, lower healthcare costs and improve the experience
This work will require significant executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Sr. Advisor of Chronic Care Point Solutions/Product Development will report directly to a Director within the Chronic Care group, with frequent exposure to and engagement with executives from the Senior Director to the SVP levels.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
* Analytical mindset
* Flexible, passionate, curious way in the world
* Strong preferences for work experience to be in management consulting and/or program/project management within healthcare and/or experience with chronic care
* Masters/Advanced degree

PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
