The Senior Advisor, Health Services is a critical contributor to the cross-functional team that is developing exciting new health services offerings to complement our existing health services (including MinuteClinic, Opticalv and Audiology). This fast-paced team will work together to address all aspects of strategy, operations and execution to ensure successful pilot launches in Q4 of 2018 and throughout 2019. This is a high priority initiative for CVS’ and the business planning, pilot, and results will be overseen by the most senior leaders of our Enterprise. This role will have end-to-end involvement in launching highly visible new health services. The position will report to the Senior Director who serves as overall Program Leader, and is expected to provide excellent exposure to management across CVS’s businesses as well as ongoing professional development opportunities.

The Sr Advisor, Health Services will contribute to the development, piloting and roll-out of new health services in alignment with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. This role would suit someone with a background in retail, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for delivering results.

Job Responsibilities
* Support all critical program data analytics, including:
o Support quantitative and qualitative customer research to validate opportunity and identify specific user experience needs
o Develop methodology to measure program KPIs
o Lead measurement, tracking, and reporting of KPIs after program launch
o Track engagement and performance of customer cohorts and segments over time
o Measure program benefit usage, both in-store and in digital assets
o Develop customer list pulls for target communications
* Use data and business judgment to proactively identify opportunities to drive value, mitigate risks, and course-correct as necessary
* Collaborate and share data with multiple internal supporting teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure transparency and effective execution
* Prepare high-quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* 4+ years of work experience in an analytical capacity at a well-regarded consumer-facing organization - relevant sectors include retail, healthcare, and digital consumer products and services - including 2+ years of experience doing the following:
o Constructing complex models using a variety of data sources to meet business case requirements and understand complex, interconnected issues
o Using MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
o Managing complex tasks, demonstrating organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution with the ability to adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines
o Communicating effectively to a variety of audiences in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent, both verbally and on paper
o Demonstrating self-motivation, entrepreneurialism, high-energy, and ability to function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment with significant exposure to senior leadership
* Ability and flexibility for occasional domestic travel; applicant should expect up to ~30% travel, which will vary by project phase

Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree
* SQL knowledge preferred
