As a Senior Product Manager, responsible for our Digital Shopping Experience you will focus on providing our customers with a modern, relevant and personalized digital shopping experience across CVS digital properties. This position will work closely with colleagues across the Retail and Digital organizations to help define the digital roadmap to address customer needs and support business unit priorities. Your scope of responsibilities will be high business value products that require a strong customer first mindset within mobile web and app shopping behavior to meet the high expectations of our customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership Responsibilities
- Execute digital product initiatives focused on high value business outcomes and user experience
- Business case development and quantification of results
- Rallying resources through formal and informal processes to get work done
- Develop and execute the Digital Shopping Experience roadmap and track performance against established KPIs
- Ability to influence peers and leadership across the organization to deliverying best in class digital shopping experiences possible
- Manage the broader relationship with Merchandising, IT, 3rd party providers and Project Management to ensure the support and staffing for your product pipeline

Product Management Responsibilities
- With a focus on providing customers easy access to find and select products they are looking for within the Digital Shopping journey, this role is responsible for developing, optimizing and managing digital products across mobile app and web
- Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital experience
- Set direction and create business requirements, identify information needed to make business decisions and work plans to meet business goals
- Become an expert in the life of our customers - both internal business users and end customers
- Make data driven decisions that guide continuous improvement mindset amongst the team
- Drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business case, product specifications and prototyping
- Work closely with other eCommerce product teams, engineering, UX, retail business teams, legal, marketing, customer service and leadership teams to bring products to market, optimize business opportunities
- Collaborate with project management, technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations
- Work with adoption team to develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Ensure appropriate testing of products prior to launch
- Conduct product and competitive research and analysis

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product development/management role within a digital setting.
- 3+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing quantitative skills with the ability to link digital product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Product Management or Business Management position of eCommerce site
Experience managing 3rd party vendors.
Experience working in an agile product development environment.

Education
Bachelor Degree (Required)
MBA (Preferred)
