Job Description
The Senior Manager, Store Brand Alternative Channels role is an essential role in enhancing loyalty through expanded access to products customers need every day.

You will report directly to the Business Manager of Alternative Channel Development and work closely with multiple internal and external partners. You will utilize our growing portfolio of brands in order to establish a national network of retail kiosks.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure flawless execution of critical program functions including assortment planning, merchandising, new kiosk planning, & user interface

Develop complex financial models to support entry into new verticals or refinements to existing business models

Drive next level results through analysis. Conduct deep dives into program performance, results and trend monitoring. Synthesis results into go forward recommendations.

Activate customers though site specific awareness building and promotional campaigns

Lead day to day interactions with internal and external stakeholders, driving results through shared accountability, process documentation and exceptional communication

Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in retail or customer analytics

Self- motivated, highly analytical with a proven ability to execute multi-discipline projects.

Ability to proactively problem solve, synthesize complex data and make recommended solutions.

Structured analytical skills with the ability to build order out of ambiguity

Ambitious about thinking big, and seeks accountability in challenging the business environment.

Demonstrates resiliency for self and team.

Experience working in a fast past direct to consumer environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, influences at all levels of the organization and think on his/her feet. Keen ability to distill complex ideas into simpler frameworks and illustrations.

Advanced Excel, Proficient in Power Point

high demand, performance driven environment. Able to
self-motivate to perform at high levels; entrepreneurial
spirit.
- Excellent communicator; able to gain trust of team, peers
and executives to influence outcomes
- Demonstrated excellence in the ability to work cross-
functionally with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think out of
the box
- Possesses exceptional time management, planning, and
organizational skills
- Ability to define KPI’s, interpret data and turn these into
actionable recommendations
