As a key member of the Transformation team, the Senior Manager of Transformation (Operations and Planning) will play a fundamental role in helping to define the future state of care delivery and the ideal consumer experience model for our company. The new Transformation division combines the success of existing products and services with the development of new ones to drive toward better patient experiences, improved health outcomes, and reduced cost. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving healthcare, and have demonstrated strong relationship-building capabilities, operational know-how, agility, thought leadership, and proactivity to drive outcomes. Responsibilities will include: helping to drive forward a number of high priority special projects, assisting in the coordination of cross-functional teams working on strategic and operational initiatives, and supporting the creation of and strategic thinking behind executive communications (E.g. Board, CEO, Executive leaders, Clients). This work will require significant executive presence, presentation creation and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Senior Manager of Transformation will report to the Director or Sr. Director of Transformation, with exposure to and engagement with executives from the VP to the C-Suite levels.

The ideal candidate will:
* Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Have demonstrated presentation skills and ability to develop clear narratives out of complex ideas and circumstances
* Be highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Have demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on tracking and measuring multiple work streams and summarizing into concise status updates for an executive audience
* Have demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
* Have an analytical mindset
* Be flexible, passionate, and curious

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for any combination of: management consulting, program / project management, implementation within healthcare, healthcare start-ups, and healthcare operations

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's/Advanced Degree
* Experience in management consulting, program / project management, implementation within healthcare, healthcare start-ups, healthcare operations

Education
Bachelor's required, Master's/Advanced preferred
