Job Description
As a Digital Product Manager - OmniChannel, you will have the opportunity to:

Drive and own high-impact features in the Retail Mobile App (iOS and Android) focused on growth and retention

Define and communicate the digital product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements of the IOS and Android retail mobile app

Serve as product champion across the organization to ensure leadership and peer visibility to ongoing work

Define process and governance of mobile deployments and garner key stakeholders alignment to ensure regular cadence

Lead a team of product managers, UX and Development resources through product lifecycle, both directly as well as dotted line relationship reports

Apply analytics, user feedback, and intuition to measure product direction and success

Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, identifying creative solutions for problems that arise along the way

Develop test plans, monitor key metrics and support analytics teams for continual optimization of the product and business plan

Partner with key vendors and technology partners to solve technical and business challenges

Make recommendations on buy vs build and oversee RFC processes

Experience building and leading a high performing product team

Operate with confidence in instances of uncertainty and ambiguity

Champion a mobile-first approach in design and development

Obsess over improvements to end-to-end customer journeys

Required Qualifications
7 + years software product management experience, with at least 2 years focus specifically on mobile products

5+ years of experience with full product life cycle, from idea to implementation to public release and experience with building and deploying mobile technologies

Experience leading an Agile or lean Agile development environment

Experience with Adobe analytics or similar platform preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with both Android and iOS product experience a plus

Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
