As a Implementation Manager (Sr. Advisor), you will build and lead the overall implementation process for pharmaceutical manufacturing contracts. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your client relationship and project management skills to ensure successful launch of Pharma Manufacturers. You will be the primary client contact and project manager from contract execution through client go-live and you are seen as a key member of CVS Health’s Specialty account services team.

Responsibilities will include:
*The build-out of the implementation plan will require an end to end understanding of the customer and patient experience, as well as internal operations and process flows. This role will be involved in the determination of KPIs and build-out of dashboards to measure and track implementation success and sustainability. Key indicators & lagging indicators will be identified to trigger process changes. Standard Operating Procedures will be documented as the plan is rolled out and processes are enhanced.
*Ongoing implementation management will include Project Plan maintenance, weekly update calls, and ongoing management of Risk/Opportunities within the implementation to track progress through to completion.
*This role will ensure delivery of customer requirement, through timely and accurate documentation and effective management of cross-functional partners to meet key deliverables.
*Deliver a high quality, on-time client implementation as identified by the completion of the Implementation process and procedures through development of project plans and milestones to execute on tasks.
*Contribute to assigned process improvement activities through participation in assigned process improvement initiative projects
*Identify process improvement opportunities providing proactive, strategic solutions
*Support special projects & pipeline related activities
*A successful candidate in this position will need to work cross functionally and independently to proactively manage project risks while meeting all contractual requirements and ensuring on-time delivery of client requirements, operational and sales readiness for a successful Implementation. This candidate will need to demonstrate communication skills and build on relationships with our clients as well as other internal partners in the organization in order to execute on providing superior customer services. This individual will be expected to quickly build a thorough understanding of the Specialty business and build relationships with the internal functional partners that are key in supporting the implementation processes.
*Success will be measured by an on-time delivery of client requirements with limited interruption.

Required Qualifications
*6+ years of client relationship management experience, with proven client implementation and project management experience, preferably within a healthcare/PBM, account services, customer service, non-IT client implementations, or related industry. Must have the ability and flexibility to travel 25%-40%.
*Matrix management experience.
*Must be advanced with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
*Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines.
*Analytical and strategic decision-making skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve business and process issues
*Strong leadership skills, a self-learner with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
*Certification in Project Management
*Healthcare industry knowledge

*Bachelors degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
