Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Senior Director, will lead a variety of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities in support of the company’s specialty and infusion services business. In this role, you will act as CFO and controller of the company’s $1.5B infusion and enteral services business (Coram) and will be a key member of the infusion leadership team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and analytics for the infusion services business and will partner with the business to help guide profitable long-term growth. You will have significant experience leading finance teams through transformation, with a strong ability to deliver predictive insights and to articulate business performance in a succinct and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of the annual operating plan in partnership with the business leadership team, with a focus on setting achievable stretch targets and providing insights and analysis in support of achieving the operating plan
* Collaborate with key leaders from across the business in planning, evaluation, and goal-setting for key strategic growth initiatives; provide analytics and due diligence in support of acquisitions
* Lead the capital budgeting process in partnership with the business leadership team; develop evaluation criterion to guide the leadership team through the investment selection process; and provide oversight of the capital portfolio throughout the plan year
* Lead the planning process for 70 branch / 3,500 employee operational footprint in partnership with operations leadership team; guide the development of new reporting capabilities to provide higher visibility to expense trends and productivity; and partner with the infusion leadership team in identifying large-scale, long-term expense reduction opportunities
* Oversee the enhancement of core FP&A capabilities, including the evaluation of forecasting tools, better real-time insights on volume and revenue trends, and deeper analytics on gross margin trends and drivers
* Provide support for a variety of finance / business needs, including the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, budget presentations for senior leadership, and day-to-day ad-hoc analyses
* Manage and oversee a team of finance professionals; develop talent and provide training / development opportunities; identify best practices in FP&A and work across the team to implement new and enhanced processes and systems

Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance
-Minimum 5 years in a direct leadership role
-Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management or healthcare related field
-Experience in public accounting or management consulting

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
MBA or CPA preferred
